The competition is held in the main meeting hall of the Town Office building in Hlavná street 1221, 952 01 Vráble. - Presentation of participants and drawing the order of competitors takes place in the vestibule of the Town Office on the ground floor.
- The training rooms are provided by the organizer of the competition in classes of the Primary Artistic School of Imrich Godin - in the building of the Town Office of Vráble.
- The Organising Committee of the competition resides at the office of the Primary Artistic School of Imrich Godin on the first floor of the Town Office building.
- The order of the competitors is published on the entrance door of the competition room - the main meeting hall of the Town Office building.
- The information board of the competition containing the schedule of the training rooms, the results of the first round of the competition as well as other up-to-date information, is located in the vestibule of the Town Office on the ground floor.
- The acoustic tests in the competition room are held in the evening before the beginning of the first round of the competition: 21, 22, and 24 April 2024 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. In the case of interest in the acoustic tests, the contestant might be enrolled in the schedule of the acoustic tests in the vestibule of the Town Office.
- In the event of non-participation the attendance fee is not refunded.
